We are here to help

The death of a loved one is an enormously sad and emotional time and a service held in church or at the crematorium that expresses the hopes of the Christian faith as well as thanking God for the life of your loved one can be a great comfort.

If you are organising a service for someone who has recently died, then your first port of call is a local funeral directors and they will contact us on your behalf. If you are arranging a service of thanksgiving or memorial at a later date, please contact the parish office or use the webform at the bottom of this page. This will capture all the information we will need to start helping you navigate the next steps in organising the service you would like.

The weeks and months after the death of someone close to you can be very difficult to cope with. Whether a member of our team was involved with the funeral or not, we are always pleased to offer pastoral care. If you would appreciate a visit from one of our pastoral care team, please contact the parish office who will pass your request on to them.
