Jenny and Wilson came to Midhurst in 1989 finding a friendly community surrounded by beautiful countryside. They both became involved in the life of Midhurst Parish Church. Following Wilson’s death Jenny became a volunteer at Chichester Cathedral as a guide and in the Learning and Education Department. After a career in education, she continues to value the opportunity to work with children and young people in the church and cathedral. Various other roles within the church have included PCC Secretary and Churchwarden. Jenny is also a member of the Midhurst Food Bank team. When not volunteering, spending time with people, especially family and friends, is a priority. Other leisure time activities include walking in the countryside or at the coast, handbell ringing, singing with the Community Choir and theatre visits.
