You will receive a warm welcome at all our services.
On Sundays our main service is always at 10.00 am. We believe that the Eucharist (sharing bread and wine) is central to our faith and do this each Sunday. The service includes readings from the Bible, a talk, hymn singing and the Eucharist itself. Our services try to reflect the seasons of the church year and the special days that the church calendar includes. Everyone is welcome and we will do all that we can to make you feel at home. We produce a service sheet for every service which includes the words for the hymns, the prayers and even when to sit or stand. The service usually lasts just over an hour and there is proper coffee and a chance to chat afterwards. Children are always welcome and on the third Sunday have the option to attend Sunday School in St Ann’s Hall.
On the second and fourth Sundays of each month at 8.30 am there is a Holy Communion service in traditional language from the Book of Common Prayer. This is a said service (no hymns) with a talk and the Eucharist. On the first, third and fifth Sundays of each month there is an 8.30 am service at All Hallows, Woolbeding.
Every Wednesday morning at 10.00 am there is a said Eucharist service. The service is in modern language and lasts around half an hour. Those that can stay for a cup of coffee afterwards.
Morning Prayer is said at 9.00 am on Monday to Saturday each week. It is a lovely way to begin the day in prayer and praise and listening to God’s word. The service lasts for between twenty minutes and half an hour and everyone is welcome to attend.
