Updated 24th March 2020.

The Archbishops and Bishops of the Church of England have urged everyone to follow the instructions given by the Prime Minister to stay in their homes in a national effort to limit the transmission of the coronavirus (COVID-19). This means that all regular services will stop taking place until further notice. Weddings, and baptisms are no longer allowed to take place. Funerals will still take place at the graveside or in crematoriums but with strict guidelines in place. You can read more about it here.

The good news is that, while we can’t meet together in person, we can still keep in touch and try our best to support each other through the coming weeks. We are providing services online through zoom. We are posting out service material to those who cannot get online and we are keeping phone contact with our congregation.

We are pleased to provide some ideas that may help you to pray and worship at home and to make the best of this situation.

If you are worried, lonely or in need please don’t hesitate to get in touch. Dave is happy to hear from you. His contact details are here. Please don’t forget the foodbank at this time.
